We want you to love your hair and body care products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all items purchased directly from our site. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least half-full to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
